A flashback to childhood, who doesn’t love a decadent, smooth textured cup of chocolate pudding. A refreshing and filling dessert to top off a great meal that incorporates our CBD Tincture.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon High Falls Hemp NY CBD Tincture
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (melted)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In small pot, whisk eggs, CBD Tincture, ½ cup heavy cream together
- Mix over medium to low heat
- Continue stirring over heat until mixture thickens and begins to stick to the back of your mixing spoon
- Make sure not to let this mixture boil
- Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract and melted chocolate
- Pour into a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill
- Remove from refrigerator and beat remaining heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Separate into equal portions for each serving and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour
- Don’t be shy about adding a dollop of whipped cream on top before enjoying
